Abstract: Referral marketing is being increasingly used in marketing of services, like education. As more and more foreign universities are wooing students of Indian origin to pursue courses offered by them, referral marketing may be an Innovative tool in their marketing efforts. This paper discusses how existing students perceive their role as referrals. This approach can be applied in marketing in a subtle way, Management courses to prospective students.
