dc.description.abstract This research had two objectives: first, to develop a short form of Pati’s (2012) employee engagement instrument; and second, to investigate evidence of reliability and validity for the same. Two studies were presented. The first study, based on multiple criteria collated from literature, identified three items that shall constitute the short form of the scale. The second study reported encouraging findings regarding reliability and validity of the short scale thus developed. en_US
