dc.description.abstract It should be noted that although the collective term ‘creativity and innovation’ is routinely used, and the individual words ‘creativity’ and ‘innovation’ are often used synonymously, the two words actually refer to two distinct activities in the organization. ‘Creativity’ is about the generation and sharing of ideas, and ‘Innovation’ is the process whereby creative ideas are implemented. The real challenge for the organization may not be finding a way of getting people to come up with ideas, but finding the best, most practical ways of implementing those ideas....... en_US
